We ship using carriers that offer the best rates for the size and shipping location of the package. Typically, we use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted local carriers to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.
Shipping Rates
Orders are estimated to be delivered within 1-5 business days for the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. We offer free shipping for orders over $99.
Delivery Instructions
If you need to leave specific delivery instructions, please wait to receive the shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking link. Follow the tracking link and provide instructions directly to the carrier.
Update Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so by going to your order confirmation email and clicking "View your order". If you've already received a shipping confirmation, wee may not be able to change the address, but some carriers allow changes to a pickup location.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered by you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building's office.
